Security and Privacy
We do not have the facilities to accept credit card transactions on this web site. We will contact you directly for payment which can be made by direct credit into our bank account, cash payment upon collection or by cheque.
Natural Resources Australia Pty. Ltd. collects information on it’s customers solely for the purposes of better service. We do not sell, give or trade this information to any other entities.
Orders
Once you have completed your order and provided your delivery details we will get in touch with you via your selected contact method with confirmation of stock availability, delivery costs, total amount due and payment details. This will be done within 2 working days of receipt of order.
Shipping
Orders will be despatched within 2-3 working days from receipt of payment. Within Australia we will ship the goods using our nominated carrier service unless you have specified your own carrier. For international orders we will send the goods via Australian Post Priority or by your selected carrier.
Refunds and Exchanges
If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, Natural Resources Australia will exchange or refund your money.
Contact us within 5 working days of receiving your order and we will give you approval for return.
If it is possible please use the same packaging your order arrived in. Please ensure that the items are properly repacked and protected to avoid damage. We will not be able to replace the order or refund your money if the items are damaged due to improper packaging.
We will refund you the price of the items plus applicable taxes after they have been returned in unopened and in resaleable condition.
If you receive a damaged item(s) we will replace it with an identical product(s).
Refunds will be made in the same form of payment that you made to us. Please allow 15 working days for us to receive and process your return.
