Natural Resources Australia Pty. Ltd. is a Contract Soap Manufacturer and we are able to assist our clients produce truly innovative and original soap bar concepts. We have two new, complete soap bar manufacturing lines that are optimized for quality and innovative, short run production. We are able to process over 900Kg per hour when required, however, the minimum production run for Contract Soap Production is only 300Kg per colour / fragrance. This gives our clients the opportunity to test a soap concept without having to commit to large production runs and costs. We already export to the USA, Europe, New Zealand, Indonesia, Korea, Japan, Singapore, Taiwan and the UK. We are able to assist our clients with importation regulations concerning ingredients approval for all these countries.
We are able to offer a wide range of stock soap die shapes and outline extrusion plates that can be customised with your brands, logos or designs. Natural Resources Australia can assist you with the development of your own custom soap shape or logo stamp. We can offer a wide range of stock fragrances and can work with you to develop your own unique, fragrance direction.
We are able to colour match to colour reference charts and samples.
We stock a wide range of natural additives, oils, butters and exfoliates that can be blended into your soap base to give the finished soap bar a unique, innovative marketing edge.
Natural Resources Australia is also able to offer state of the art stretch wrapping facilities and in-house label design (including bar code printing) and label manufacture to make the presentation of your finished soap bar world class. By producing the back labels in-house we are able to offer the customer label runs that are almost the same quantities as the soap runs (to the closest roll) which reduces your costs and stock holdings.
Natural Resources Australia can also finish your packaging requirements including label application, merchandiser assembly and packing, shrink wrapping and export pallet packing if required.
We are driven by quality and if our soap is not up to your specification we will replace the delivery totally at our expense.
